Hi! I’m Kristina! Arizona native and Prescottonian since 2009. I’m married to a wonderful man, who not only supports me but actively encourages me to pursue my passion for healthcare. Our family is a blended one, which means our lives are constantly busy with our children’s full schedule and activities. When I am not working, you can usually find me at a baseball field or at home enjoying some much-needed relaxation time with my family.
I’ve known since I was young that I was meant to be in health care—a calling that has only grown stronger over the years. I’ve been immersed in the medical field since 2008, and this journey has shaped who I am today. I became a licensed nurse in 2016 after graduating from Yavapai College, a milestone that holds a special place in my heart. Shortly after, I went on to receive my bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University, which further deepened my commitment to this vital profession. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Nursing with the goal of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). This advanced training excites me as I envision it empowering me to make an even more significant impact in my community.
Throughout my time working here as a Registered Nurse (RN), I’ve observed large gaps in care that are often overlooked. It’s disheartening to see how hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and even insurance companies do not always provide the comprehensive support that patients desperately need. My mission is to bridge these gaps, helping individuals navigate through challenging healthcare moments. I aspire to provide not only passionate and exceptional care but also guidance and support during these critical transitions in life. It’s all about making sure patients feel heard, valued, and cared for, especially when they are facing tough issues and challenges. Each day is a new opportunity to make a difference, and I am fully dedicated to that journey.
